Case Management

Every case in the Court is assigned a case manager. This is the judge, master or registrar to whom the case is assigned. O 4A of the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971 (WA) outlines the provisions applicable to all cases and the directions the case manager may give to the parties.

The Registrars, except for the one Court of Appeal Registrar, deal with the case management of civil matters in the General Division, including the mediation of such matters.
