- David Malcolm Justice Centre, 28 Barrack St, Perth
- Stirling Gardens, Perth (corner Barrack Street and St Georges Terrace)
- District Court building, 500 Hay Street, Perth (some criminal trials only)

The David Malcolm Justice Centre is the location for:
- Civil matters
- Mediations
- Central Office - for lodging documents in civil and criminal matters and single judge appeals
- Probate Office
The Stirling Gardens site is the location for:
- Court of Appeal
- Civil and criminal matters (Criminal trials are listed at the District Court building)
- Magistrates Court Stirling Gardens
- Industrial Appeal Court
- There is no public registry in this building.
Parking is not available at the Court. City of Perth parking stations nearby are:
- below ground station behind Council House (entrance off 27 St Georges Terrace)
- two parking stations on Terrace Road and
- under the Concert Hall (also off Terrace Road).
