General Division Fees
The following table contains a summary of the fees payable in relation to civil matters in the Supreme Court (General Division) with effect from 3 August 2023.
No fees are payable in relation to criminal proceedings or criminal appeals under the Criminal Appeals Act 2004.

* The additional 3 dollars is a payment into the Suitors Fund required to be made on writs only. It is not part of the Supreme Court fee.
